Happy World Ocean Day!
Today, we celebrate the ocean that sustains our livelihood, our community, and so much of the life on our planet.
As shellfish farmers, we are more than growers—we are stewards of the water. Oysters and clams naturally filter the water, improve water quality, and create habitat for countless marine species. Every day, we work to protect and nurture the estuary we call home, ensuring it remains healthy for future generations.
We are proud to be part of an industry that works with nature, not against it. Healthy oceans mean healthy ecosystems, thriving coastal communities, and sustainable seafood for years to come.
On this World Ocean Day, we encourage everyone to take a moment to appreciate our blue planet and do their part to protect it.
