Check out Corporate Craig and his sensible shoes, all ready for his corporate food day! Big guy grabbed a Caramella, Canadian Cheddar and a chorizo. Little bit of beef veggie soup, lots of meatballs and stuffed banana peppers. Here until 3. We are still on baby watch over here! Any guesses on when little Don will be making his appearance? Second day in a row with this picture!! Gf stuffed cherry peppers. Soups are beef veggie and potato pastrami. Meatballs and stuffed banana peppers are out too. All of those are gluten free. Also deviled eggs are stocked up…. Buffalo chicken dip snackles… all of the deli salads. Whew, busy morning! See you soon!

Soups today are potato pastrami and beef veggie (both gf). Meatballs and stuffed banana peppers are also done (and also both gf). Pictured are our gf stuffed cherry peppers. Last batch was 🔥. Tums will be made available. Also we received a few questions this past Friday on what is all available in gluten free. Any sandwich can be made on either a gf sub roll or bread except tuna salad. All soups are made gf except chicken dumpling (all of the gluteny noodles for wedding and chicken noodle are kept on the side). Next week is vacation week. We will be here unless our very pregnant employee has her baby. That might cause a little change-up in our schedule! There’s not a lot of planning we can do until this little one feels like meeting us though. So… we are not taking any catering orders for Thursday. We should be ok Monday - Wednesday. Friday Q returns so we should be good that day as well. See you soon!

Here until 3 with a couple stuffed peppers left. We are sampling out our deli salads today! Come get a taste! Pictured is the Morty, but with some fancy add ons. So I guess let’s call him Morton. Morton has mortadella, Genoa salami, hot Capocollo, ham and provolone. Lettuce, tomato, onion, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, oil vinegar oregano… and then Dijon mustard and Mayo. Those two are what distinguishes Morty from Morton. See you soon!
