The market also offers many amenities, including live music each week and proximity to the main Beaverton Library and City Park, which includes a playground, interactive fountain, and picnic tables. There are recipes, and then there's art. This Mango Madness Pico De Gallo from Rose City Pepperheads will ensure this strawberry season is unforgettable.

Ingredients you'll need:
- 1 large avocado, cubed
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 8 strawberries, cubed
- 1-2 jalapeños, cubed
- 1 mango, cubed
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Mango Madness pepper jelly
- A bunch of cilantro, diced

Fold all of those ingredients in a bowl and serve with your favorite tortilla chips, over a salmon fillet, or on mini tacos.
