Today I’ll be making Stuffed Pepper Soup. Won’t be done till later.
Sausages are :
Honey a mustard Brats
Sweet It.
Hot It.
Sun dried tomato, Garlic Parm.
Sicilian
We had another customer that came in and asked how long have we been here. She said for several years she’s passed by us several several times a day and never knew we sell meats.

Sorry about the soup situation last week. We had several deaths in the family so we had to leave town.
Sausages this week are Pork/Beef, Sundried Tomato/Garlic/Parm, Pepper/Onion, Sweet Italian and Tomato. Also made Beer Brats & Badger Brats.
Wedding Soup was what most customers wanted last week. So that’s what we made.

Happy Independence Day everyone.
This week we made fresh, Philly Cheese Steak brats and something new - General Tso Brats, also Sweet Italian , Pork/ Beef, And Garlic Hot sausages.
Something new we started carrying- Cheese Curds. We have Garlic, Tomato Basil, Pizza, GarlicDill and Plain. Bill and I like to put them in our salads or just snack on them.
Burts Farms Fresh Meats will be CLOSED on :
Monday July 3th and
Tuesday July 4th
There’s a tent set up on Burts Farms side yard selling fireworks.
Have a enjoyable 4th with your family and friends. Stay safe. Keep all your fingers lighting off fireworks.

This week we have Pineapple / Teriyaki Brats ( one of my favorites) Pork / Beef Sausage, Sweet Italian , Garlic Parmesan , Bro./ Rabe .
Holly was asking what Hillbilly Bacon is. Bill bones out the pork butts injects them with flavor Rolls them , jet nets them, brines them, and then smokes them. I like it sliced on the thicker side then gently fry it. Its much leaner then slab bacon.
The large white tent is up on the side and soon it will be filled with fireworks.
