At Freddie's Crafted Condiments we mostly brew and hawk ridiculously flavorful hot sauces...we also whip up Pineapple Cowboy Candy and Pepper Jams because, why the heck not. We ran a test market two weeks ago with Tangerine Pepper Jelly and the sales and feedback were off the charts. So today this old coot cranked out 48 jars...which is a banner day...chopping, cooking and canning, especially flying solo.

Minnesota Spring is cool this year...frosty mornings...need some heat for these pepper plants! Good thing we froze a bunch for sauces!

We did a sneaky test run of Freddie's False Alarm last weekend and sold 24 bottles...looks like we've got a winner. All the flavors and none of the heat! Freddie's Crafted Condiments 🎉👏💯🔥💥😍

Great show this past weekend! We met so many wonderful new friends!

We had a wonderful makers market in St Cloud, Minnesota on Saturday. Met some new friends, Husband and Wife Kitchen ... very good Hot Sauces and ( my favorite) Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and more baked goodies!
Lots of wonderful people came through. I'm very thankful and grateful for this wonderful group of people!
