We use fresh premium ingredients, sourced locally as available. We are currently growing 175 pepper plants.

We had frost in the area last night in Central Minnesota but so thankful that our pepper garden was saved! We are growing 65 different pepper varieties. We have a really short growing season so I'm hopeful to get our own peppers.

At Freddie's Crafted Condiments we mostly brew and hawk ridiculously flavorful hot sauces...we also whip up Pineapple Cowboy Candy and Pepper Jams because, why the heck not. We ran a test market two weeks ago with Tangerine Pepper Jelly and the sales and feedback were off the charts. So today this old coot cranked out 48 jars...which is a banner day...chopping, cooking and canning, especially flying solo.
