Meanwhile, the dog treats are popping out with the energy of toddlers who just discovered the snack drawer and refuse to calm down.

The weather has not been cooperating but we are navigating around it as much as possible to get the Himalayan salt smoked and ready for your kitchen.

Our restock of supplies for the Smoked Salt are beginning to arrive. These jars are used to store the bulk salt. Everything is sterilized and ready to be filled with some "Oh, so good" Smoked Salt!!!

Video update on our broilers:

I failed to mention in the video that we are inspected and licensed through the PA Department of AG for all of our products as well as any equipment and housing structures that we use. We are insured with a local company as well.

We hope that knowing we are running a safe, clean and humane operation will put anyone's mind at ease that has had concerns regarding poultry or and food type products being sold from us. We take great pride in ensuring that our products are safe to consume. In the 7 yrs we have been raising our poultry we have never endured sickness or disease. Many of our poultry customers are returning customers year after year stating that they keep coming back because they love knowing where their products are coming from, how they are being raised and what is being put into them. We strive to keep our poultry as healthy as we can and refrain from antibiotics, pesticides or any other harmful chemicals. We are not organic but try to stay as close as we can to an all natural product.

We have been told by many that our products are the best they've ever had and will never go anywhere else as long as we are producing products.
