OUR RESPONSIBILITY AS EVENT HOST

As we continue working toward our upcoming events, biosecurity and sanitation remain important considerations. Please read the outline below.

🔲 Barriers are REQUIRED beneath all animal setups. Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean and properly cleaning up after themselves. This includes shaving, hay, etc.

🔳 Responsible animal handling is expected. Vendors should use clean, appropriate carriers and equipment and avoid unnecessary contact between animals. All animals MUST remain crated at all times.

🔲 Sick animals should never be brought to a public event. If your animals show signs of illness, keep them home and seek appropriate veterinary guidance.

🔳 All vendors are responsible for complying with current animal health regulations, testing requirements, and any applicable law.

🔲 No cats. Working dogs only with valid vet records. Examples: Livestock guardian dogs, herding dogs, service dogs, or other task-specific working dogs.

🔳 Food, water and appropriate shelter must be provided at all times.

We cannot eliminate every disease risk associated with bringing animals together, but we can take reasonable, and meaningful steps to reduce those risks. Biosecurity is a shared responsibility. It takes every breeder, every vendor, and every participant doing their part.

If anyone has any questions or concerns, please contact us! 🐣
