The Bellaire Farmers Market is busting at the seams today with bountiful and beautiful local produce. We’ve got Blueberries, Peaches, Cantaloupe, Heirloom and Cherry Tomatoes, Peppers, Carrots, Beets, Eggplant, Zucchini, Green Beans, Cucumbers, Sweet Corn, Fennel, Dill, Cilantro, Kale, Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Fresh Ginger! Plus cheeses, butter, charcuterie, teas, shortbread cookies and crackers. Come down from 8-12 and witness what Northern Michigan farmers can produce!

Today in downtown Alden from 2-6 we have some beautiful tomatoes and blueberries, as well as zucchini, sweet corn, eggplant, cucumbers, and peppers. We also have delicious salami, shortbread cookies and crackers, and locally made teas.

The Meeting Place + Mercantile might not be open yet, but we're making the most of our spot in Downtown Bellaire over the holiday weekend. You can find us on the sidewalk out front for:

shop for your garden starts from the comfort of home by visiting our website. Choose from several convenient pickups or choose an eco-conscious delivery! These are locally grown plants, perfect for Northern Michigan gardens. Not root-bound, not overgrown, just perfectly ready for the growing season. Our growers do not use any pesticides and plants are grown from seed in high-quality soil. There are both heirloom and hybrid varieties to choose from in flowers, herbs, and vegetables. Cooler season plants able to withstand frost are in the first order cycles while warm season plants are in the later order cycles. Many of our shoppers utilize all the order cycles in order to pace their gardening goals and not get overwhelmed with too many plants at once 😉

We have the earliest greens of the season available this week from Lakeview Hill Farm in Traverse City. Salad season is here! Order for Wednesday or Friday, choose one of our convenient pickups or eco-friendly delivery. Order before midnight tonight for Wednesday, before Wednesday at midnight for Friday. Also, don't miss the Bellaire Farmers Market on Friday from 9-12 at the Bellaire Community Center.
