It is always bittersweet when garden clean out begins. I’m truly grateful for the bounties provided this growing season, and the cows are thankful for leftovers. Still have some canning to finish up and more clean up, but things have definitely reached a much needed slow down.

Many hours of work, some cucumbers given to others, and a few lost jars…
We made it over 300 Quarts worth of Pickles!!! 311 to be exact 😳 Plus some Dilly Beans and Pickled Beets mixed in. I’d say we’re having a successful season! 🥒🫙💚
