Farmers brought the first cherries of the season last week. This week? Expect a mountain of dark, sweet Chelan cherries — typically the first variety harvested in Washington. 🍒🍒🍒

Next up will be Santina and Tieton cherries, followed by many people's favorites: Bing and Rainier a little later. Cherry spitting contest in the parking lot, anyone?

Welcome back Happy People Paper Goods for the first time this year! The cheerful prints and patterns on wrapping paper and cards are the heartfelt endeavor of Seattle-based artist and owner, Rebecca Bobko, an artist, designer, crafter, maker, and baker. Inspired by bold colorful patterns, the natural world, her wonderful wife, and two very adventurous babies, Rebecca embarked on her journey into the world of stationery after discovering a passion for patterns and needing a space to showcase her art. When describing her vision to friends, she emphatically declared, “I just want to make people happy.” Update your wrapping paper stash and pick up some greeting cards with Happy People at our last and final market of 2025, on Saturday, November 25, from 10am-3pm!
