The honey is finally here!

Every year I get asked, "When will the honey be ready?" Well...the wait is over! 🤍

Fresh, raw, local honey has officially been harvested, bottled, and is ready for the season. There's nothing better than drizzling it over a warm homemade sourdough English muffin with a little butter.

My first market of the year will be:

Biederman's Best Honey at Applefest in Woodbine, IA!

It's been a little quiet on our end, but that's because the bees and I have been hard at work! This Saturday is a big day!

We'll be at Applefest in Woodbine, Iowa, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We've got a limited supply of our delicious, light-colored apple blossom honey. The bees had a tough year with all the rain, so we only have about 1.5 five-gallon buckets to sell. Once we sell out, we're out until next year's harvest!

Here's what we'll have available:

10oz Jars with a honey dipper for $12

12oz Bear for $14

1lb Bear for $18

Larger jars (prices to be announced at the event!)

Can't make it to Applefest? Don't worry, we're also taking orders for local delivery after the market closes on Saturday. Just send us a message to place your order.

We can't wait to see you all this weekend!
