It is with a heavy heart that I share that my husband, Don Stoltenberg, passed away last Thursday night, 3/2/2023. He fought a long battle with Parkinson's and dementia, and had been a resident of Douglas County Health Center for 7 years. He loved to work, travel and scuba dive. Perhaps his biggest accomplishments were Harvest Valley Foods and his dream house up on the hill at the family farm. Soar with the angels, Don. You will be missed!!

Retirement Sale. It is with mixed emotions that we announce we are retiring from the On-Farm Store and Markets. We will miss all the wonderful people we have met along the way and the customers that have hung in with us through some difficult times. We will have many fond memories. On the other hand we are looking forward to turning the page and starting a new chapter. We can't thank you all enough.

We will be having some sales over the next few weekends. We will continue to have a supply of eggs until the middle of October. The store will be open regular hours until then.

Aksarben Village Market's sale this week is Buy One Get One Half Off. Excluding Beef and Eggs. We will continue attending the Aksarben Village Farmers Market which has 6 weeks remaining.

On-Farm Store Sales. We have a Mix and Match special - 5 or more packages of the following pork products will get 20% off. 10 or more packages will get 25% off. Qualifying products are: Boneless Chops, Bone-In Chops, Smoked Chops, Ground Pork, Any Breakfast Sausage, and Ham Steak.
