Join us each Saturday starting June 1st. - October 8th from 8 am to Noon in Washington Park, as the Farmers' Market enjoys another successful year. As in the past, the market will feature great local area vendors, live music, and various activities throughout the season for area families. All activities and entertainment are free of charge. This is a family-friendly, dog-friendly, senior-friendly

event. Come join us on Saturdays in Olde Towne Bellevue! We are a politics-free environment. We ask you to please adhere to the rule of no petitions during a fair or festival. For questions, contact market managers Matthew & Sarah Milligan at [email protected]

🌽 It’s National Farmers Market Week! 🌽

There is something special about a Saturday morning at the farmers market.

Fresh produce picked this week. Farm-fresh eggs. Warm sourdough bread. Homemade pies and quiche. Local honey and jams. Fresh flowers. Handmade gifts. Friendly faces. It’s one of the best ways to spend a Nebraska morning while supporting the families who work so hard to bring these products to our community.

This Saturday, we’re excited to kick off our August partnership with

It’s a beautiful 70 degrees, so come enjoy the market while the morning is still cool.

🥒 This week’s market recipe: Cucumber Salad

Thinly slice fresh market cucumbers and a little red onion. Mix with sour cream, vinegar, sugar, dill, salt and pepper, then chill until dinner. It’s an easy summer side for burgers, grilled chicken or sandwiches.

🥔 Simple Nebraska Summer Skillet

Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Roast at 425° until almost tender. Add fresh green beans for the last 15 minutes, then finish with a little butter and fresh parsley. Simple, fresh, and delicious!

🌽 Saturday mornings were made for coffee, fresh air, and farmers markets!

We have another wonderful Saturday planned at the Bellevue Farmers Market, and our face painter is BACK!

🎨 Thanks to our Experience Sponsor, Olde Towne Tails, the first 20 kids will receive FREE face painting! Come early and let the kids pick their favorite design.

Here’s an idea for dinner using your farmers market finds:

🌽 Fresh Summer Corn Salad

Grab:
• Fresh sweet corn
• Tomatoes
• Bell peppers
• Onion

Cut the corn from the cob and toss it with chopped tomatoes, peppers, and onion. Add a little olive oil, fresh lime juice, salt, and pepper. If you have fresh herbs, throw those in too!

Serve it alongside grilled beef or pork from one of our local meat vendors, and you’ve got a summer dinner made almost entirely from the farmers market. ❤️
