Wednesdaaaay wooooowzas! Wookey Hole cave-aged cheese straight from the Wookey Hole Caves themselves! This cheese isn’t too salty or sharp (but definitely isn’t mild). A little creamy, a little crumbly and so yummy with crackers or a slice of bread. Come try it for $9.95 🙏🏻

This week on Hela’s Highlights ⭐️

The Gruner Leader! A whole liter of Gruner! It’s yummy and ideal with a sexy pasta with lemon, garlic and parsley. Add some roasted asparagus or Brussels sprouts on the side and you’ve got yourself a tight pairing.

The vibe:
A bottle of Gruner Leader and a w**e glass
Allemandi spaghetti pasta
1 lemon
Handful chopped parsley
4 cloves garlic, diced
50g finely grated parmigiano reggiano
2 tablespoons olive oil

Boil salted water, add spaghetti and cook a few minutes less than indicated on the package
Sauté garlic w olive oil in pan
Grate zest of lemon and squeeze the juice in with the garlic + a ladle of pasta water
Mix pasta and garlic in pan, add pasta water and stir until you get a creamy mixture
Stir in chopped parsley and drizzle with olive oil and more parm. Enjoy with a glass of Gruner 🩷

This week on Hela’s Highlights ⭐️

Anna’s Rosado Spritz 🥀

A lil bubbly, a lil sweet, a lil simple. This drink is quick and easy to make (and enjoy!)

Recipe:
1oz Yzaguirre Rosé vermouth
Sparkling Mineral Water
Orange peel

Take a rocks glass with ice, add vermouth
Top with mineral water. Stir! Finish with an orange peel for garnish. Enjoy 🩷
