Here is a current price list and contact information for Chuckanut Beef.

The Farmstand frequently stocked Blake's beef, and now that the Farmers Market season is mostly over, you can check in with him for USDA inspected GrassFed beef.

The bad news first; we will be closing the Farm Stand while the landlord makes necessary structural repairs to the building. We will be here until Saturday, April 1st (not an April Fools joke).
We are very low on most beef cuts, but will discount them 10%. We have more of the one-pound packs of 1/4 or 1/3 # patties and are $1.50 off ($7 per package). We still have some tenderloin and top sirloin steaks, as well as some roasts left.

We still have pork left, but the producers will pick up anything left over, so there is no discount.

Reverse sear is my favorite method for cooking a moist, delicious leg of pork. This recipe adapts beautifully. Luckily we have leg of pork from Willow Ridge Farms and from Bittersweet Family Farm at the Farmstand today.

A bone-in pork loin roast is one of those cuts that are guaranteed to impress. The best part is that it's also dead easy to cook just right, as long as you use the reverse-sear method.

The Farmstand has lots of grass fed/finished ground beef in 1lb and 2.5lb packages. $7/lb for the 1lb, and $6.50/lb for the 2.5lb packs. Also ground round at $8/lb.
