It is the event of the year aside from new Paltz, New York in October but who wants to drive 5+ hours to come see me in New York lol!!! You all better be there. I better see one of you coming for that sample action.!!!!! LOCATION "G" on the map! The sweet heat is getting packaged with a signature pepper on the top of every container. There's a typical cycle weekly in which there is a massive production to slice and soak and rinse and boil and fill buckets and let them sit and rest for a few days..... then it's time to package. Looks like you see here. Each 5 gallon typically produce produces 65 units. One full bushel of cucumbers, typically yields 130 units which is 2--- 5 gallon buckets. The buckets are high density (HDPE FOOD GRADE) and they handle heat without micro plastics. All utensils are only used for the Pickle process, and therefore that creates a completely allergen free environment. People that are highly allergic to the top nine allergens walk on thin ice every day terrified. I am sure every single step of my process is as paranoid as they are. Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM at Natick common and then Sunday 12 PM to 4 PM at Hopkinton common otherwise known as the start of the Boston Marathon. September 17 is the funniest time you've ever had in the streets at the North Attleboro Block party!!!!! You can't miss that event!!!!!

Pickle lovers would go get Pickles from anywhere whether there is a tornado or a hurricane or sideways, rain or snow or hail. The market manager was a little concerned about the rain and I told her don't you worry these people are insane.!!!! I rest my case. It was so busy. I could barely see what time it was at any given moment.!!!! HOPKINTON I plan to be back next Sunday I hope!! This one, caught me by surprise and it had to happen! as usual, anybody could email me, and I will meet them halfway as a staple!

I tell people there's no limit on Samples and this kid heard it and he came back six times but the sixth time he came back he had a new T-shirt from another vendor nearby.
I do not care how many pickles I sell when this happens just once, but Natick was on fire today and I appreciate the people that I was able to educate and listen to their stories all at once because ears have a partner called mouth use your ears more than your mouth and then things will be more pleasant in a way. Nothing else matters other than this photo for this day.!!!!

This photo of the dorchester gas tanks was coming back from the Chelsea New England produce center at around 5 o'clock this morning..... 440 pounds of cucumbers and a big bottle of nitrogen gas to guarantee freshness!

Absolutely gorgeous day at the farmers market in Hopkinton Common!!! Get your pickle samples on and there are many other yummy foods here and some really crafty crafts also!!!!
