Carcass Breaker
Full Time
Meat processing facility for cattle, swine, and lamb in need of experienced butcher for carcass breakdown off-the-rail. Primal breakdown all the way to retail cuts. Experience with ready retail cuts required.
**Must be legal to work in the US. Only experienced candidates will be considered for this position. Competitive pay. We are not hiring entry level for this position.

Slaughter Associate
Full Time
Looking for experienced harvest floor processors for USDA-inspected meat processing facility in Texas. Looking for experienced candidates who desire industry growth. Desired experience includes the operation of a captive bolt pistol, skinning, head and weasand procedures, evisceration, brisket splitting, ring and tie b**g, etc. Competitive pay.
**At this time, we are only looking for applicants that are experienced in the slaughter of cattle, swine, and sheep. Must be legal to work in the US. We are not hiring warehouse workers, forklift operators, drivers or anyone entry level.
Please do not apply if you do not have slaughter experience.
