**Dear Community Members,**
Unfortunately, we have received notice from the Cascade County City-County Health Department that the Depot is no longer permitted to sell food products. As a result, we will be removing all food items **with the exception of fresh produce and eggs**. All non-food items will remain available. These changes will take place over the coming days.
This decision is especially difficult for me as I appreciate so much how our dedicated producers who work hard to provide clean, high-quality food to our community. Current state and county regulations require that food producers sell directly to consumers, which limits our ability to continue offering these products through the Depot. However if you are a producer and want to use the depot to meet people there for your sale I welcome you!
When the gardens are in full production and fresh produce is abundant, we do plan to stock the Depot accordingly. If you have produce—preferably as close to organic as possible—that you would like to offer, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Additionally, we are able to carry items labeled **“Not for Human Consumption.”** If you have products that fall under this category, please contact me for more information.
