🧑‍🍳📝Skinless Longanisa Recipe:
Yields: ~1.50 lbs
* 2lbs Ground pork
* 1½ teaspoons salt (9 g)
* 2½ tablespoons minced garlic (22 g)
* 1 teaspoon paprika (2.3 g)
* 2 teaspoons garlic powder (5.6 g)
* ½ cup white sugar (100 g)
* 1 teaspoon MSG (4 g)
* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper (2.3 g)
* 1 teaspoon annatto powder (2.3 g)
* 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon soy sauce (20 g)
Sautee until lightly browned. Serve with fried egg and rice.
