The Good Food Deli at Harmony Food Co-op is looking for a friendly, dependable, food-loving person to join our team as a Deli Lead!
🥘Hours: This is a full-time position with primarily 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. shifts, including some weekend days as needed.
🥗Wage range: $14–$17 per hour depending on experience and skills.
🍝 Duties Include: Our ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy kitchen, and takes pride in preparing delicious food with care. Main duties include preparing the full Good Food Deli menu, providing excellent customer service, helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, and training and supporting new staff members. This role may also include temporary increased hours to help provide department coverage when management is away.
🌯Qualifications Include: Qualified candidates will have food and customer service experience, be comfortable working in a compact kitchen environment, able to stand for extended periods during food preparation and service, lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate strong dependability, initiative, and self-motivation.
