1015 Texas Sweet Onions (famously named after their ideal seed-planting date of October 15th) are the state's official vegetable, originally developed by Texas A&M University. When grown around the Tyler and Noonday, Texas area (near you!), these sweet yellow granex onions are known as "Noonday Onions".

Delayed until JUNE 4TH 2026

Bluebird Farmstand will be re-opening at our Farm, Bluebird Farm on State Highway 64 west of the airport. We will be tail gating produce as we build out the site.
