Meet Our Vendor: You Got Moss

Anthony McGilberry and Family owe the naming of their businees, started in 2023 to Randy Moss.

Since then, they have developed a product line that includes original and fruit sea moss gels and sea moss ice pops( Moss Pops) called: Ocean’s Gold, Strawberry Blast, Mango Delight, Berry Berry Berry Celebration, Blueberry Bomb, Cherry Charm, Coconut Island, and Watermelon Boogie.

Their fruit sea moss drinks, Moss Power and Overcharge in fruit flavors Cherry Charm, Strawberry Blast, Watermelon Boogie, and Mango Delight.

The Mango Delight and Strawberry Blast products are the most popular products with the consumer.

Anthony says that the appealing characteristics/benefits of their sea moss products is that they took a healthy and not so tasty sea moss product and turned it into an enjoyable and delicious experience while keeping the organic and alkaline roots intact, adding only organic and alkaline ingredients to pair with the healthy sea moss.

Michael & Shannon Vespa’s business was named after their dearly departed kitty cat, Sweetie!

They’ve been in business 8.5 yrs and have developed a hugely successful gourmet cheesecake product line.

Sweetie's Cheesecakes is a family-owned business located in the North Fort Worth area. They produce their cheesecakes in a commercial kitchen and offer a premium dessert packaged in an 8-ounce reusable Kerr glass jar. At their store, located at 13033 Harmon Road, Suite 203, they also have 4-ounce jars and 10-inch cheesecakes available, but these must be ordered in advance.

To ensure maximum freshness, they freeze the cheesecakes after crafting them.They offer four year-round flavors: Plain, Signature, Chocolate, and Mango Habanero, along with over 40 seasonal and spicy flavors.

Their signature cheesecake is the most popular product featuring a 41-year-old recipe that incorporates a hint of lemon and orange zest into its smooth, creamy batter. Topped with a sweet-sour cream layer, this dessert offers a truly decadent treat. At the bottom of the jar, you'll find their delicious, buttery crust.

Meet Our Vendor: Olora’s Sourdough

Courney Knowles incorporated her children’s names when creating her business name Oliver and Nora = Olora’s.

She’s been in business since December of 2024 bringing fresh baked sourdough products to the consumer.

Olora’s Sourdough specializes in Traditional Sourdough. Pepperoni Pizza Sourdough. Rosemary Garlic Sourdough, and of course the ever popular Jalepeno Cheddar Sourdough.

There are also rotational/seasonal specialties like Pesto Mozzarella, Lemon Bueberry, Maple Pecan, Strawberry White Chocolate and Everything White Cheddar. She’s always experimenting with new flavors as well.

Pepperoni Pizza Sourdough is hands down the customer favorite!
All loaves abre baked with organic unclenched flour and all fresh ingredients. Dough is fermented/proofed for at least 24 hours to give each loaf the spring and fluffy texture of quality sourdough.

Loaves all have a tangy but pleasant “sourness” which is essential for great sourdough products!

Due to using only fresh ingredients, loaves last 5 days from baking date, but loaves/slices freeze amazingly and can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. It’s best to slice the loaf first then wrap well and freeze. That way you can remove single slices when needed.
As a one woman entrepreneur, Courney is always open to suggestions for new flavors. You can order loaves directly from Courtney if you miss her at market; she bakes every week!
