It’s time to slow down and sip a mocktail. 😌🍓🍋🫧 (Sound on for some ASMR👌)

We captured Oregon summer in a glass with fresh berries from Marquam Hill Berries and raw local honey from Broadus Bees - J Wilkie 🍯

With just a few simple ingredients, you can slow down, savor the season, and let the bubbles work their magic ✨

🍹 Berry Honey Lemon Mocktail

Ingredients
• 3-4 strawberries, sliced
• Handful of blueberries
• Lemon and lime juice to taste
• 1-2 tsp Broadus Bees honey
• 1-2 tsp warm water
• 5 to 6 fresh mint leaves
• Ice
• Sparkling water
• Lemon, strawberries, and mint for garnish

Directions

Mix the honey with the warm water until fully dissolved.
Add the strawberries, blueberries, lemon and lime juice, honey mixture, and mint to a mason jar or glass.
Gently muddle everything together.
Fill with ice and top with sparkling water.
Pro tip: Don’t skip the mint smack! 👏🌿 Give the mint a quick smack between your hands before adding it to the drink. This releases its natural oils and makes every sip even more aromatic.
