Has anyone around southern Illinois ever had—or even heard of—Timbits from Tim Hortons?

They’re little donut holes, and the honey glazed ones were always my favorite. I miss them from back home!

After making those Beaver Tails and realizing how DELISH they were, I think homemade Timbits/glazed donuts might need to be my next experiment.

I’m going to try making my own version here at Vuk’s Ranch. We’ll see how close I can get!
