Cedar Rail Orchards Heirloom Apples We grow goodness…! Forty varieties of American Heirloom Apples plus pears and chestnuts. Fresh pressed apple cider and kettle made apple butter in season.

Typically available August through November. Call John anytime during the beautiful Missouri Fall weather at 636-388-2025 and come pick your own apple goodness in our orchards. Twenty six varieties of apples ripening from August through early December. We will have fresh apple cider, apple butter and chestnuts right off the trees in season.

Amazingly I have sold out of all the "early apples".. What...? My phone has been dinging loudly and repeatedly the past week.. Wow..! No worries anyone that has contacted me WILL GET their apples. Come mid-late September more will be ready and we will list them again. I see more "early" trees getting planted here! I never expected this and we will get better.. LOL.

I had "issues" with an on sale "value" 5 gallon gas can.... Yes being thrifty causes issues. Spout broke off on the first use and of course FELL into the 6.5 gallon fuel tank on the mower. A circus ensued. Twenty minutes of drain the tank--remove--shake--upside down- shake again and then a MacGyver'd wire tool to the rescue. Mowed today and my scraping crew in action on the deck...

Our donation r***e came in... Cedar Rail Orchards donates to the Hermann Area Youth Deer Hunt every year. Usually cash so the organizers can buy whatever needed prizes for the kids. This year we did cash and a LEFT HANDED scoped Savage youth model bolt action in .223. These r***es have a new updated pistol grip... LIKE..! Btw--we have killed more deer with .223 than all the other calibers combined. Deadly effective on deer. All the left handed kids will be entered into the drawing for this r***e. Too much FUN for them and me..! (both Ryan and his right eye dominant Dad are left handed).. Smile..
