We need YOUR help! As we grow our market and collaboration, and grow vendors, grow quality products...we need visibility! Always, but help us launch our heavy season with a growing audience. Please go invite all your friends to our page. πŸ“²

Our mission in summary is growing community, farms, and farmers market culture.

One thing about our Association that is a little different while we provide a platform for our vendors - is that we want our vendor fees (5% we collect from vendor sales) to grow beyond operation fees and right back into our community. As a nonprofit, this means a backbone of funds to order food for our free food programs.

You buy from vendor > Vendor pays fees to market > Market funnels the funds back to community = into more specifically this year, our FREE Food For Seniors programs.

It takes all of us to grow this system.
Let's make a difference together! πŸ–€

Carroll County is a produce desert you say? May not in a few years with the right growth and the right people, team!

Carroll County has a food system growing quietly in the background. One of our Ambassadors, Jacob Rowell, who is passionate about aggregating local food - has taken over operations at farm/production facility right here in Carroll County and we have access, this week, to strawberries grown right here, collab with McGarrah, in Berryville. The rest of the inventory goes to other places such as Spring Creek Food Hub to be distributed to schools, nonprofits, and institutions.

This farm structure is not only infrastructure for Berryville, potential farmers in NWA to sub/lease for expansion with production facilities to package, ship, and store product for local or mass distribution. This will take years, but it's a vision.

Not only getting this little taste of hope, and taste of Carroll County, but we are excited to watch this operation grow and provide more opportunities for local food and food expansion in and from our home towns in the years to come.

Thank you Dennis and Jacob!

Go Spring Creek! We do have Carroll County farms that provide product to Spring Creeks aggregation program. Local food, feeding NWA. If you've ever been interested in expanding a real growers operation that may not only be a great Farmers Market stand, but also extra income from shipping your crops out....we have people to connect you with!

Big news! We’re officially part of the National Farm to School Network Map

Nothing makes us happier than working with schools to bring fresh, local food to students and getting everyone, from nutrition staff to parents, excited about it!
Want to get involved?
