With a heavy heart, I've had to step away from the business. With the demands on my body it requires, I just can't do it physically anymore. The hardest part is admitting to myself and I've been putting it off for a very long time. Every week I struggle more and more.

I'm so grateful for all the support the community has given me. I know you've all believed in me and I have nothing to hang my head about. Truly thank you!

Diabetes and especially not having a pancreas is truly a daily battle. Please give anyone you know with diabetes some credit, we struggle constantly.

Sweet baby lupine. While not a cost effective option from a seed cost perspective for me, it's a fun addition to a long list of varieties I have to grow. I'm excited to see how it comes out! I'll let you know which store to find it should they purchase it.

Being a low alkaline variety, it's safe to consume. Other varieties of lupine are not safe to consume, so please, do not try to grow regular lupine and poison yourself. Happy eating!

I haven't posted in a while because I'm attending to some personal things to help out a very sick family member. I hope everyone understands that, for me, family comes first.

I've had to shut down the business for a few weeks. We've taken in a little one for the summer and I want to make sure they get settled in. I expect to deliver to SoRo Market and to the Co-op Food Stores and Co-op Food Stores (45 South Park Street, Hanover, NH) on the 17th of July and I will be attending the Northfield Farmers' Market of Vermont on the 15th of July.

I appreciate you understanding and I'll be back real soon!

Happy 2025! 2024 was a great learning experience. We grew the business a bit last year and it's been great!

We couldn't have done all of this without our loyal customers, thank you! We really appreciate you!

You can find us at the White River Co-op Food Stores , the Hanover Co-op Food Stores, and the in South Royalton.

We have also had the chance to give back to the community to the Bethel Food Shelf as well as some to the VA Farmers Market in White River on occasion. It feels really good to be in a position to do that.

Happy New Year to all, and may this year bring us new opportunities to grow together as a community!
