We make our bagels by hand, not by machine. Like N.Y. Our bagels are crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside-the way real bagels were meant to be. It's quite a show to watch the large mounds of dough being hand rolled and boiled. It smells great, too. We also have a full deli selling all your favorite appetizing meats, cheeses, and a large assortment of homemade spreads. Scrumptious desserts, catering and wholesale delivery available.
