There will be NO Billings Farmers Market this week as we make way for the downtown merchants to set up next to City Hall for the Fall Harvest Festival!
Some of our vendors will be at the Sip and Shop at Grounded Coffee Co. , some will be at the Highlandville Swap Meet on Sunday and some will be enjoying a well deserved Saturday morning off!
You can always reach out directly to our vendors through their links below! We'll be back Saturday the 19th and Saturday the 26th to finish out our market season on a strong note! We look forward to seeing you all then!

This is a great quick/refrigerator pickle recipe using cherry tomatoes! Grab a few pints from our vendors this weekend and try for yourself! We have them in abundance! 🍅❤️

I have been making quick pickles from everything in my garden for years. Cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, Brussels sprouts, even garlic. And somehow it never once occurred to me to poke a few cherry tomatoes into a jar with some brine until last summer. I genuinely could have kicked myself. They are the perfect quick pickle — bite-sized, tangy, bright and absolutely impossible to stop eating once you open the jar. No canning equipment, no hot kitchen, five minutes of work and they are ready to eat in a few days. The recipe is in the comments and if your cherry tomatoes are coming in faster than you can eat them right now, this is exactly what to do with them.

We are definitely in those dog days of summer and this heat has been brutal! Our vendors are still working hard to bring our beautiful local products to our community! We will have fresh produce, quality meats, delicious baked goods, locally grown flowers, and amazing farm crafted goods for home and body. Come on out bright and early on Saturday (we open at 8!)
