GREEK ORZO BOWL

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE ORZO
1 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil
1 cup dry orzo
2 cups chicken broth
FOR THE MEATBALLS
1 lb ground chicken
⅓ cup panko
1 egg
2 tbsp Lemon & Dill Tzatziki Rub & Seasoning
1 tsp Citrus Dill Infused Sea Salt
2 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil
FOR THE DRESSING
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Roasted Garlic White Barrel Aged Balsamic
2 tsp Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon & Dill Tzatziki Rub & Seasoning
½ tsp Citrus Dill Infused Sea Salt
FOR THE BOWL
1 red bell pepper, diced small
2 green onions, sliced
½ Kalamata olives
6 mint leaves, chiffonade
10 basil leaves, chiffonade
⅓ cup feta

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil over medium heat. Add the orzo and toast until golden, 3-4 minutes. Add the broth and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook until water is absorbed, about 12 minutes.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together all the meatball ingredients except for the Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil and form into 1-inch balls.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and the 2 Tbsp of Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil. Cook meatballs 3-4 minutes, flip and cover, and cook an additional 5-6 minutes or until the meatballs are done.
4. In a small bowl, make the dressing by combining the Greek yogurt, Roasted Garlic White Barrel Aged Balsamic, Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil, Lemon & Dill Tzatziki Rub & Seasoning, Citrus Dill Infused Sea Salt, and 2 Tbsp water.
5. In a serving bowl add your cooked orzo, top with red bell peppers, green onions, olives, mint, basil, feta, and dressing.

CREAMY ASIAN CHOPPED CHICKEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS
1 lb cooked diced chicken
½ small green cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, shredded
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
1 English cucumber, deseeded and finely diced
1 apple, finely diced
2 tbsp Wasabi Infused Olive Oil
4 tbsp Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic
2 tsp Black Garlic Shiitake Rub
½ tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt
¼ cup mayo
Add green onions & black sesame seeds to finish

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cabbage, carrot, red bell pepper, cucumber, and apple.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Wasabi Infused Olive Oil, Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic, Black Garlic Shiitake Rub, Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt, and mayo until smooth and well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
4. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and black sesame seeds. Serve as is, or with lettuce cups, tortilla chips, or on a sandwich.

TIP: For a quick and easy meal, use rotisserie chicken or canned chicken.

GOURMET CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE WITH CARAMELIZED GARLIC INFUSED OLIVE OIL

INGREDIENTS
3-4 lb corrned beef brisket
2-3 tbsp Butcher’s Spice Blend
1 tbsp Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 tbsp Mediterranean Rub & Seasoning
1 large yello onion, quartered
4 cloves garlic, smashed
4 cups beef broth
1 lb baby potatoes
3 carrots, cut into large chunks
1 small head green cabbage, cut into wedges
2 tbsp Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil (for finishing)
1 tsp additional Mediterranean Rub & Seasoning
Fresh parsley (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. Season the brisket: Pat the corned beef dry. Rub lightly with Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil and sprinkle with the Butcher’s Spice Blend and Mediterranean Rub & Seasoning.
2. Slow Simmer: Place brisket ina large Dutch oven or pot. Add onion, garlic, and beef broth. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 2 ½ - 3 hours, until tender.
3. Add the vegetables: Add potatoes and carrots and cook for 15 minutes. Add cabbage wedges and continue cooking another 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
4. Finish with flavor: Drizzle vegetables with Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil and sprinkle with the remaining Mediterranean Rub & Seasoning.
5. Serve: Slice corned beef against the grain and serve with vegetables and a ladle of the broth. Garnish with parsley.

INGREDIENTS
Sausage Gravy & Eggs
5 tbsp Wasabi Infused Olive Oil, divided
1 lb ground pork
½ tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt
2 tsp Black Garlic Shiitake Rub
2 tbsp Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp ginger, grated
5 tbsp flour
2-3 cups milk
2-3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 eggs, one for each serving
Green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds to serve

Sesame Scallion Biscuits
1 ½ cups flour
2 ¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
1 bunch scallions, diced
sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt, heavy cream, and diced scallions. Mix until just combined.
2. Scoop the dough into balls, about 1-2 oz. each, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown. This yields 18 one-ounce biscuits or 9 two-ounce biscuits.
3. While the biscuits bake, heat 3 tbsp of Wasabi Infused Olive Oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the ground pork and brown. Season with Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt, Black Garlic Shiitake Rub, Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic, garlic, and grated ginger.
4. Sprinkle in flour and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes to cook out the raw flour taste. Gradually add milk about ½ cup at a time, stirring until the gravy reaches your desired consistency. Finish with Worcestershire sauce.
5. In a separate pan, heat 1 tsp of Wasabi Infused Olive Oil over medium heat per egg. Add the egg to the pan, covering with a lid once the edges begin to set, and cook until the whites are completely set but the yolks remain runny, about 3-4 minutes.
6. To assemble, place a biscuit on each plate, spoon over with sausage and gravy, and top each with an egg. Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Drizzle with a little balsamic if desired. Serve immediately.

Rich miso broth, tender udon noodles, and sweet cabbage simmer with garlic and ginger, plus a little kick from jalapeño and sriracha 🌶️🔥 Ground beef brings hearty comfort, while fresh lime and ponzu add that crave-worthy, tangy finish. 🍋🥢

MISO CABBAGE UDON SOUP

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Wasabi Infused Olive Oil
½ medium yellow onion, diced
1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
2 medium carrots, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
4 cloves garlic, diced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1lb ground beef
1 ½ tbsp Black Garlic Shiitake Rub
1 tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt
4 tbsp Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic
1 medium green cabbage, thinly sliced and divided
4 tbsp yellow miso paste
2 tbsp sriracha
6 cups chicken stock
2 limes, juiced and zested
Udon noodles, toasted sesame seeds, green onions, to serve

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large soup pot over medium heat add 2 tbsp Wasabi Infused Olive Oil. Add in onion, jalapeno, carrots, bell pepper and saute until soft, about 15 minutes.
2. Add in garlic and ginger saute until fragrant, about 1 minute. Increase heat to high then add in ground beef, Black Garlic Shiitake Rub, and Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt. Cook until beef is browned, about 5 minutes then add in Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic.
3. Lower heat to medium and add in half the cabbage. Stir until slightly wilted, about 1 minute. Add in miso, sriracha, and chicken stock. Bring soup to a simmer then lower heat, cover, and let cook for 20 minutes.
4. Before serving, finish with fresh lime juice, zest, and the remaining fresh cabbage.
5. Serve soup over udon noodles and top with sesame seeds and greens onions.

SHEET PAN NACHOS

INGREDIENTS
For the Nachos:
1 tsp Fiesta Spice Infused Olive Oil
2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Cumin & Garlic Taco Rub & Seasoning
2 (11oz) bags of Tortilla Chips
1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
32 ounces Colby Jack Cheese, freshly shredded
2 Tomatoes, diced
½ cup Black Olives, sliced
½ Large White Onion, chopped
2 Jalapeños, diced
½ cup Cilantro, chopped

For the Avocado Crema:
2 ripe Avocados
8 oz Sour Cream
3 Tbsp Spicy Sriracha White Barrel Aged Balsamic
½ tsp Cumin & Garlic Taco Rub and Seasoning
¼ cup Cilantro
Lime Fresco Infused Sea Salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Cook the beef. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add in 1 tsp Fiesta Spice Infused Olive Oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and 2 Tbsp Cumin & Garlic Taco Rub and Seasoning. Heat until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks.
3. Once cooked, layer the nachos. On a large foil covered sheet pan, spread half of the tortilla chips in an even layer. Top with half of the cooked beef, black beans, cheese, tomatoes, olives, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro. Lightly salt if desired.
4. Place the other layer of chips on top and layer with the second half of the toppings.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and chips are golden around the edges.
6. While the nachos are baking, add all the avocado crema ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
7. Top nachos with avocado crema and enjoy!
