These are the freshest spice blends you will ever find. They have not been sitting on a warehouse shelf for three years. I make them fresh, by hand, on a weekly basis. Hey everyone! I'll be honest. I know how to blend spices, but I have No IDEA how to use this Facebook Site. Yes, I created it, but Have no idea how to do anything on it. I can't see comments, so I can't respond to them. It is frustrating. If anyone knows how to help me, I'd be willing to pay, or trade for a bunch of spice blends.

Hey everyone! We're still here. We're on a little bit of a Sabbatical. Darlene, the owner of Kimball's Seafood on Pass Christian Harbor Dock, has purchased our entire inventory and is selling our spice blends at her market 7 days a week! We are wiped out of new jars and they are on backorder. We'll be back very soon! She runs an awesome operation on the dock, and the fish is always fresh, the shrimp is fresh off the boat and is delicious! It is SOOO Good! Better than the crap you buy at Wal Mart from China.... Take a cooler over there and fill it up, Then grab a jar of our spices off the shelf!Thank you all for your loyalty.

Well, thank you, TS Cindy. Looks like we're going to miss another weekend at the Pass Christian Farmers Market. We're still there, just waiting for the rain to end. If it looks good we will be there, but if it looks like the rest of this week, we're gonna pass. Miss you all!

Well we are sorry folks. We got to the Pass, and started to set up our booth at 7 this morning. But the wind was so crazy we couldn't even keep anything on the table! We tossed everything back in the car and came home. What a Bust. Well, we bought a pork Loin on the way home and are going to soak it in some Magic Marinade mixed with BBQ Rub. Remember, you can always order online!
