During National Farmers Market Week, we’re celebrating the programs that help make the Broome County Regional Farmers Market more than just a place to shop!
From our Kids Club and Community Tabling Partnerships to our SNAP/EBT and market incentive programs, we’re working to make fresh, local food more accessible while creating opportunities for education, connection, and community support.

Market Kids Club:
The Farmers Market Kids Club, funded through Vision Federal Credit Union, brings families and our community partners together every month for fun, hands-on learning! Kids can enjoy activities, learn about local flora and fauna, sample new foods, and earn Market Bucks and prizes.
Community Tabling Partnership:
Our Community Tabling Partnership allows local organizations to connect with market customers every month by sharing resources, promoting programs, and engaging with the community.
Binghamton Food Rescue Partnership:
Our partnership with Binghamton Food Rescue helps reduce food waste while supporting community members in need. Every Saturday, farmers market vendors generously donate fresh produce, meat, dairy, bread, and other goods to be distributed to local families and individuals.
Market Incentives Program:
Our Market Incentives and SNAP/EBT Programs help make fresh, local food more accessible for everyone. We accept SNAP/EBT benefits and offer various incentive coupons that provide additional benefits for eligible shoppers, helping families stretch their food budgets while supporting local farmers and vendors.
