Cedar Hill Processing freezers are officially shutting down for the season 03-07-26! 🥩

If you’ve got meat in our freezers, now’s the time to make arrangements and get it picked up before we power down. Don’t wait until the last minute!

We appreciate all of our customers who trusted us this season — and we’ll be ready to fire things back up when the season returns 💪🦌

Due to family circumstances, Cedar Hill Processing will be accepting meat drop-off and pick-up on WEEKENDS ONLY from now on.

🚨 SEASONAL NOTICE 🚨

Cedar Hill Processing will STOP accepting meat drop-offs for the season as of February 1st.

We would like to thank all of our customers for a great season and truly appreciate your continued support. Processing will resume later in the year—dates will be announced when available.

Good Morning
Just putting out another reminder that we are a part time shop. We have full time jobs on top of this! If you order specialty items in your order you are typically looking at a 4-5 week turn around. We also like most businesses have had closures because of weather and holidays. We are human and have family obligations and need that time just like you do! We are also navigating a breast cancer diagnosis, surgery, appointments and upcoming chemo! We will call you when your order is done, we did not forget about you.

We ask that you pick up your order promptly when you receive the pickup call.

We will be taking in full deer through the end of the season and then deboned and quartered meat through February 1st!
