We’re feeling grateful for long days, late sunsets, and the vibrant community that makes this region so special.

We’re so excited about artist Kymberli Fraser’s piece “Deadstock Valley” gracing our window as part of the artist in storefronts program curated by .

Artist statement :

The Los Angeles Aqueduct was completed in 1913, diverting much of the Owens Valley’s water to the rapidly growing city of Los Angeles. This redirection of resources dramatically reshaped the environment and economies of both regions. Taking the form of a literal storefront, Deadstock Valley exists to tell the story of the impact the Los Angeles Aqueduct has had on the local economy by displaying goods and artifacts from Owens Valley’s past. It poses the question:
What is gained when a region’s resources belong to its inhabitants—and what is lost when they don’t?

🎨✨ Downtown is glowing with new life thanks to the incredible artists and business owners who’ve brought this collaboration to life!
Murals, window installations, and visual storytelling pieces are being completed and installed as we speak—and they look amazing. We’re celebrating all the hard work and creative energy that’s gone into this project with a community art walk next week.

A huge congratulations to our friends at on their official first-season opening! The farm officially opens this Saturday, 6/6 🌾

Their fruit and veggies are vibrant, juicy, and grown with great care. It takes a lot of patience, love, and grit to steward a harvest like this.

Check out their schedule and visit them during farm hours for “U-Pick” – a hands-on way to enjoy the freshest fruit while experiencing the beauty of their orchard.

Lupine are blooming in the Alabama Hills, the valley is blushing with color, and wildflower season is officially in full swing here in the Eastern Sierra. There’s nowhere we’d rather be. 🌸

This building has held many names—originally Arcularius Bros. City Market, Ben Franklin, and now, River Queen Provisions.

We’re honored to carry on its legacy at the heart of Main Street, bringing new purpose to a space that’s served this community for over a century.
