Dear friends,

After much thought and consideration, we want to share an important update—our storefront on Main Street will be permanently closing as we shift into a more intentional and streamlined way of serving you. While we will no longer offer in-person retail, our commitment to quality and to our customers remains unchanged.

This shift allows us to operate with greater time efficiency, improved consistency, and stronger quality control—while creating a more reliable and convenient experience for you.

Moving forward, we will operate through an online pre-order model, offering USDA-inspected custom beef & pork processing (quarter, half & whole) along with a variety of beef & pork bundles.

Inventory will be released on a LIMITED, bi-monthly basis around scheduled processing dates. Once a processing date is secured, we will announce it on Facebook and our email list and open pre-orders through our website—giving you the opportunity to reserve exactly what you want ahead of time. Quantities will be limited and available only while supply lasts.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation number and updates throughout the process—from processing to delivery. All orders will be carefully packed in a box with eco-friendly insulated liners and dry ice to ensure everything stays frozen and protected, arriving at your door with the highest level of care.

We’re grateful for the support you’ve shown our storefront and are excited for this next chapter. Our goal remains the same: to provide a product and experience you can trust—now with even greater convenience.
