We want to take today to thank everyone who came out to our Community Soup Dinner on Wednesday!

A huge thank you to our friends at Millstone Kitchen and Live Work Eat Grow for the soup and dressing, everything was absolutely delicious and we loved having you at the market with us!

Thank you to Kelley Family Farm for providing the dessert, anything from their kitchen is always incredible!

Thank you to Blacksburg Bagels for the rolls for the dinner! We truly have some of the best vendors and we are so thankful for them!

Thank you to Madison Stephens of The Rural Roots Review for donating your time and talent by taking photos of the event!

And of course thank you to Roots Realty for sponsoring the event and making all of this happen! We are so thankful for all of their support!

It takes so many hands to make community events like yesterday possible, from the people preparing the food and helping behind the scenes to everyone who takes time out of their day to attend and support them. We never want to miss an opportunity to recognize all of those people and let them know just how appreciated they are!

Today is the day!! Our Community Soup Dinner is today from 4pm-6pm, but come early because our Wednesday market vendors will still be set up for everyone today at 2pm!

On the menu is soup, salad, rolls, and dessert while supplies last! The suggested donation amount is $12!

We will have the amazing Kat Mills playing music for us today!

This entire event is sponsored by Roots Realty Group, so we are incredibly grateful for them! All proceeds from this event go toward our SNAP program!

We hope to see all of you today!

Tomorrow!!! Only one more day until our Community Soup Dinner! We will have soup, salad, rolls, and dessert on the menu, while supplies last! Our regular Wednesday market will begin at 2pm, but our soup dinner will begin at 4pm!

The suggested donation amount is $12, and all donations will go toward our SNAP program!

We will have the very talented Kat Mills playing music for us, so come out, grab a plate, and enjoy the atmosphere!

While everyone is enjoying their Labor Day, don’t forget to mark your calendars for our Community Soup Dinner this Wednesday, September 9th!!

It will be from 4pm-6pm, and there will be soup, salad, rolls, and dessert on the menu! Our regular market will still be from 2pm-6pm, so come early and see our Wednesday market vendors!

Part one!! Have you ever wondered what time our vendors actually wake up to make it to the market?!

There is SO much work that happens long before you see those tents set up and ready for the day!

Some vendors, like Blacksburg Bagels, don’t even go to bed before market morning, they stay up baking through the entire night so they can bring fresh baked goods straight to the market!

It really makes you appreciate everything a little more when you realize just how much time, care, and hard work has been poured into every single thing you see at the market!

Our vendors are incredibly hardworking and dedicated to what they do, and we are so lucky to have such an amazing group of vendors here at the market that show up for our community week after week!
