Had a customer request an order of banana bread with chocolate chips. Ive never had it that 2ay but I made it for her and made a small loaf to try for myself. I had some left over oatmeal cream pie filling and smeared some on 1 piece.

After my apt today im beyond exhausted and will be taking the weekend off to restock on ingredients as well as rest a bit. Today feels like a good day to simply say thank you. 💛

When we opened The Neighborhood Mercantile, it was never just about baked goods or a little roadside stand. It came from a much deeper place a dream, a season of life that hasn’t always been easy, and a hope to create something meaningful while walking through our journey of trying to grow our family.

This little stand has become so much more than I ever imagined. It’s become community, encouragement, conversations with neighbors, support from friends, and kindness from complete strangers.

Today I’m headed to an important appointment, and honestly… without the support from this stand, I wouldn’t have been able to do it. That’s something I’ll never forget.

Every cookie purchased, every share, every sweet comment, every stop at the stand it truly matters more than you know. You all are helping support a real dream and a real journey behind the scenes.

Thank you for believing in us, supporting local, and loving our little stand the way you have. 🌿💕

As always Bottled water is loaded on the stand for free. Anyone is welcome to it. We will be adding Popsicles to the freezer on the little refrigerator as well. Pop in and grab a cold bottle of water to wash down your dessert and cool off with a refreshing popsicle. 😎

I dont like cin rolls so when I tell you if you aren't buying Tiffany Durrance cin rolls youre missing out! She takes orders and stocks them in my stand on the weekends. There was a few things left from this weekend so I purchased this from her and omg! I guess maybe I do like them ive just never had a good one!
