Big things happening at the Blair Meat Market. Over the month of June we are completely replacing our carcass cooler. It is the original cooler from the 60s and in need of a major facelift. We appreciate all our producers working with us to move their appointments.

Our retail store will continue to operate and still provide you with all our quality products. If you're in town we would love to have you guys stop in. We want to do our best to keep our employees busy while we undertake such a big project.

A little short term pain for years of peace of mind knowing we can continue to serve the area.

PS. We are serving lunch from 11 to 1pm every Wednesday through the month of June. Next week is Burgers and potato salad. Hope to see you here!!
