We hope to see some of you this Sunday!

We’ve posted before about it, but one of our favorite events is getting close enough for us to start getting excited about it. The Scotland Connecticut Highland Festival & Games is next month - October 12.

Last year was the first in a new location, the fairgrounds in Brooklyn, CT. The organizers hit it out of the park with this new spot. We loved it. We’re certain that you will as well. There are displays by all the clans of Scotland, crafts for sale, and lots of cultural demonstrations.

We’ll typically play three times at the festival - in the massed band during the opening and closing, and on our own in the afternoon.

When we’re not playing, you’ll find us wandering the grounds, consuming disturbing quantities of meat pies from Cameron's Scottish Market.

We look forward to seeing you (and meat pies) at the games.
