The Greenhouse at Sulfur Ridge

The Greenhouse at Sulfur Ridge Custom vinyl/sublimation designs, as well as Freeze Dried Goodies! I'm Staci Campbell. My husband, Glen, and I started putting up this greenhouse in late 2023.

We finally got the plastic up and most of the beds into the greenhouse and now we are GROWING!!! Lots of work still to do and lots of information still to come!

It's been a truly exciting week of freeze-drying for a client—blueberries🫐, strawberries🍓, and even jalapeños!

I really enjoy supporting local small businesses and being part of their journey.

Now, I just need to find a way to get the jalapeño smell out of my kitchen! 😉

Our hens give us about 2 dozen eggs a week and I save them in the fridge as they last longer that way.
Decided to freeze dry our surplus today.
Currently freeze drying about 80 eggs!

If/when our girls take a break from laying (or someone goes broody) we’ll still have eggs for scrambled eggs, omelets, and any baking we decide to do!
