🌻 Water for Rojava supports women's agricultural village in Derik 🌿
‘In late autumn we published an update on one of the projects funded by the Water for Rojava campaign, for a women’s economy project in the town of Derik, founded by Aboriya Jin (Women’s Economy) as a village for women and children to live in, with shared economic and agricultural projects. The village is in need of water for drinking, irrigation, washing and other basic needs. We have been able to support the establishment of this village with part of the Water for Rojava campaign funds, as well as technical support for locating water in the village. We look forward to sharing more updates as work there progresses, as well as upcoming news of more projects being funded through the Water Departments in regions most affected by the water crisis.’

Thanks to your support, the Water for Rojava campaign has been able to partially fund a Women's Village in Derik. You can still donate to Water for Rojava via Paypal through the following link: www.solidarityeconomy.coop/donate.
