🐝 Fun Fact 🐝

Honey crystallization isn’t a defect. It’s basic chemistry.

Honey is made of two natural sugars, one being less soluble than the other so over time it naturally separates from the liquid portion of the honey and begins forming crystals.

That process is completely normal in REAL honey!

The flavor, enzymes and nutrients remain intact.

🍯 If you prefer it liquid, you can gently warm the jar in very warm water to dissolve the crystals without damaging the honey!
