Our 2026 Deer Processing Cut Sheet is officially out!

For the 3rd consecutive year, we’ve been able to keep our processing fee the same. We’re incredibly thankful for your continued support and for allowing us to do what we love!

We’ve also added a couple of new options this year:

Gut Fee — We can now gut your deer for an additional fee.

Fresh Bratwurst — Fresh brats are now available as an option!

We’re looking forward to another great season and to seeing all of you again!

Our next round of Hickory Smoked Bacon is almost ready! While you’re at it we still have our Pasture raised Chicken available and our fresh Brats available. Chicken stock is getting low so get it while you can because we won’t have anymore till the Spring!

The day that we have dreaded for over a year has finally came and passed. We left not only our oldest son but our lead meat cutter at SFA to chase his dreams and further his education to become a land surveyor. No matter how his day has gone he always greets our customers with a smile and professionalism. Thank you and we love you son. If yall are lucky you might get a glimpse of him in the meat shop during the holiday breaks! Please say a prayer for our boy!

Update: We are already sold out! Yall are awesome! I guess we need to get to curing for the next batch!

It’s here! Our home cured, Hickory smoked, thick sliced bacon will available for pick up starting Saturday! They are $8 per package and each package is 1lb. All of our products are made with simple ingredients combined with the right process to produce amazing flavor! We try our best to keep everything as natural all possible. We also have Brats and chicken available so come shop with us!
