I went to Farmer's Market in Frankfort today and sold a few of my bath salts and several packages of my herb salts. Not many showed up, but it was nice to see a few people there, notably my former land lady from Beattie!

It takes a lot of tomatoes to make one jar of sauce. I put tomatoes in boiling water to remove skins, then learned that is quite a process. Then I strained off the juice from the tomatoes until I was left with pulp. I cooked the tomatoes on the stovetop with a little garlic, basil, salt, coriander and some of my homemade basil vinegar, and after putting one jar in a water bath, poured the contents in. This is what you see.
