Memorial Day weekend in the case.
A few things worth getting on the table:
Chef Cam's black truffle larded whole chicken is in, and there are only a few of them.
We’ve also got a fresh run of housemade heritage pork sausages:
🔥 Red Wine & Garlic - Toulouse-style, with cracked black pepper, red wine, and fresh garlic
🔥 Spanish Chorizo
🔥 Sweet Italian
🔥 Hot Italian
Also in the mix: all-beef Wagyu hot dogs and smoked jalapeño cheddar sausages.
And as always, the steak case is in good shape with a great selection of prime steaks from , all hormone free and antibiotic free.
If Memorial Day is getting sorted out now, come by the shop on Saturday and have a look. We're closed Sunday and Monday.
