Fickle Pickles Shredded Chicken Dip
-2 Rotisserie Chicken Breasts, shredded finely
-1 C. Fickle Pickles, chopped
-3 Slices Bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
-1/4 C. Scallions, thinly sliced
-1/4 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
-1/2 C. Sour Cream
-1/4 C. Plain Greek Yogurt
-3 Tbsp. Fickle Pickle juice
-2 Tsp. Dry Ranch Dressing seasoning packet
-Fresh Dill(optional)

In a large mixing bowl, blend sour cream, yogurt, Fickle Pickle juice and Ranch seasoning until smooth. Add shredded chicken to bowl and stir until chicken is fully coated. Next, fold in bacon, chopped Fickle Pickles, scallions & cheese. Garnish with fresh dill if desired. Cover and place in fridge until ready to serve, up to 3 days. Pair with toasted sourdough and fresh veggies.
*This recipe is for a cold dip/spread. For a hot dip, place mixture in a buttered/sprayed 8x8 baking dish immediately after mixing. Add 1/4 C shredded cheese to the top. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 16-18 minutes or until bubbling on sides.
