So EXCITED to be supporting a local restaurant again with my yummy sprouts and microgreens. Be sure to check out the New Salty Girls Island Cafe (in the space formally known as Little Lilly's Island Deli).

Good evening everyone. I barely know what day it is, just know that Michael and 1 survived Hurricane Ian as did the majority of our flock of chickens and ducks. The rabbits (yes added them this summer) were housed in the Sprout house where I rode out the storm while Michael stayed in the main house with our 3 cats and Great Pyrenees. My connection is still weak so will post pictures at a later time. Many twists and turns of events getting our island back on it's feet. Today our governor signed an order demanding access to our island be completed by next weekend. The bridges are secure, it was road leading up to them and a local contractor has been ready to do the job for days. I know the Great Spirit heard your prayers 🙏💖 and why I'm able to lay comfortably in my bed tonight. Still living by generator power but done it before. Best part is nights have cooled enough that we find it great sleeping weather. Must get some rest now after another day of clean up. Please continue to pray for those who were not as fortunate!
