Makin Firecider today , which will be done fermenting in 4-6 weeks . Just in time for the flu season kickin off 😩

If you wanna make your own , here’s my recipe 👇🏻👇🏻

Oranges
Lemons
Raw garlic
Raw ginger
Jalapeño
Peppercorns
Turmeric
Yellow and red onions
Thyme
Rosemary
Cinnamon
Horseradish

Just eyeball and throw it in ! Haha . Cover completely with apple cider vinegar, seal with parchment or wax paper under lid to keep it from getting rusty from acid .. and shake it every couple days for 4-6 weeks . Burp it every now and again .. then strain off all the material through a cheese cloth , and add 1/2 cup of honey at the end .. you can add as much as you like for taste .. stir till dissolved! Then adults can take 1-2 tablespoons a day to help boost immune system or take 1-2 tablespoonfuls three times a day when actively sick . 🥰

You can refrigerate or leave out on the counter up to a year. Up to 2 years if kept in fridge. The acid content is an awesome preservative!
