I realize being outside in south Alabama right now is like walking on the surface of the sun, BUT we had shrimp in the freezer and fresh okra from Grandma’s garden so we just had to have gumbo! 😋 ((honestly I love summer! Shrimp and garden veggies make me happy!!))

Now before y’all ask - not all gumbos are created equally and we don’t follow a recipe. The secret is in the roux then it’s up to you after that. My all time fav is my Mama’s shrimp and crabmeat gumbo.

With that being said! We have jumbo frozen tails available! Perfect for grilling on the 4th!

We get it - dealing with shrimp can be a lot of work - so we’ve done the hard part for you! All of the shrimp we have left have been headed and frozen. Just waiting on you to bring them home!

Jumbos - $30 a bag
XL - $25 a bag

Q: How do we freeze our shrimp?

A: We weigh 5 pounds of shrimp with heads.
Pop the heads off.
Package flat in gallon ziplocks and freeze.
We do not use preservatives or additives on our shrimp.

Q: How many pounds are in each bag?

A: Each bag has a little over 3 pounds of tails.

As you know, the weather has been less than ideal for working on the water, so this is all we have for the time being. 🦐
