I'm often asked what we do in the winter when the bees aren't working. I'd like to say we set around sipping hot tea and honey, but that's not true. Seems like there's always something that needs to be done. From repairing equipment to building new . Organizing equipment for splitting this spring, stocking up on jars and containers. We did take time to go to the North American Honeybee Expo this year. So here we are, all three generations.
